Shipping policy

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at shop@cotw.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us at shop@cotw.org

Orders are processed within 5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. Once your order has been processed, shipping time will depend on the shipping method you select at checkout.

Please note that the shipping timeline begins after processing is complete. For example, if you select 2-day shipping, your order will ship within 5 business days and then arrive approximately 2 business days after it ships.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
